DreamUp Adventure (升夢大冒險) is published by Risemont Education Limited, a Hong Kong company ("Risemont Education", "we", "us"). We built this app as a safe, ad-free learning companion for children and families. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the app does and does not handle.
We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, or any advertising identifier. We do not build user profiles and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Several games ask your child to read a word or sentence aloud to progress. To do this, the app listens through the microphone and uses Apple's built-in Speech Recognition to convert the speech into text, which it compares to the expected answer. The audio is processed for that moment and then discarded. We do not save these recordings and we do not transmit them to any server we control (we have none).
Because Apple's Speech Recognition may process audio either on your device or on Apple's servers, that processing is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. You can turn the microphone or speech recognition permission on or off at any time in the iOS Settings app. Turning them off disables the speak-aloud games but the rest of the app keeps working.
In the interview-practice, read-aloud, and picture-story tools, a parent or child can deliberately record a short answer to review later. These recordings:
Learning progress, game settings, parent notes, and your subscription status are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This information stays on the device and is under your control.
Optional premium subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see or receive your payment-card details. To unlock and verify premium access, we use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app identifier and the purchase/transaction history Apple reports, along with limited technical information such as device model, operating-system version, and country. It does not receive your name or payment details. Purchases are protected by a parental gate to help prevent accidental purchases by children.
DreamUp Adventure is designed to be used by children together with their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no advertisements, no social features, and no open web links aimed at children. Purchases and other sensitive actions are placed behind a parental gate.
We do not transfer personal data ourselves. However, Apple and RevenueCat may process the limited purchase and technical information described above on servers located outside Hong Kong, including in the United States. By using the app and making purchases, you understand that this processing takes place under those companies' privacy policies.
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have rights to know about and access personal data held about you, and to ask for corrections. Because we do not hold personal data about you, most such requests should be directed to Apple or RevenueCat. You may also contact us using the details below and we will help where we can.
Information stored on your device is protected by iOS's standard app sandbox and the device's own security. As we do not operate servers or hold your personal data, there is no central database of users to breach.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

DreamUp Adventure（升夢大冒險）由總部位於香港的 Risemont Education Limited（下稱「Risemont Education」、「我們」）發佈。我們開發此應用程式，是希望為兒童及家庭提供一個安全、無廣告的學習夥伴。本政策以淺白文字，說明本應用程式會處理及不會處理哪些資料。
我們不會收集或儲存你的姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼、通訊地址、出生日期、精確或概略位置、通訊錄、相片，或任何廣告識別碼。我們不會建立用戶檔案，亦不會跨其他應用程式或網站追蹤你。
部分遊戲會要求孩子朗讀字詞或句子以繼續進度。為此，本應用程式會透過麥克風聆聽，並使用 Apple 內建的「語音辨識」將語音轉換為文字，再與預期答案比對。該等聲音只會即時處理，隨後即被棄掉。我們不會儲存這些錄音，亦不會把它們傳送到任何由我們控制的伺服器（我們並沒有伺服器）。
由於 Apple 的語音辨識可能在你的裝置上或在 Apple 的伺服器上處理聲音，該處理受 Apple 自己的私隱政策規管。你可隨時在 iOS「設定」中開啟或關閉麥克風或語音辨識權限。關閉後，朗讀類遊戲將無法使用，但應用程式的其他部分仍可正常運作。
在面試練習、朗讀及看圖說話等工具中，家長或孩子可以主動錄製簡短答案，以便日後重溫。這些錄音：
學習進度、遊戲設定、家長筆記及你的訂閱狀態，均會使用標準 iOS 儲存方式，儲存在你的裝置本機。這些資料只會留在裝置上，並由你自行控制。
可選的進階訂閱透過 Apple App Store 銷售。Apple 會處理付款；我們不會看到或取得你的付款卡資料。為解鎖及驗證進階權限，我們使用訂閱管理服務 RevenueCat。RevenueCat 會收到一個隨機產生的應用程式識別碼、Apple 所報告的購買／交易紀錄，以及有限的技術資料（例如裝置型號、作業系統版本及國家或地區）。它不會收到你的姓名或付款資料。購買設有家長關卡保護，以協助防止兒童意外購買。
DreamUp Adventure 的設計，是供兒童與家人一同使用。我們不會在知情下收集任何人（包括兒童）的個人資料。應用程式內沒有廣告、沒有社交功能，亦沒有針對兒童的開放網頁連結。購買及其他敏感操作均設有家長關卡保護。
我們本身不會轉移任何個人資料。然而，Apple 及 RevenueCat 可能會在香港以外（包括美國）的伺服器上，處理上述有限的購買及技術資料。當你使用本應用程式及進行購買時，即表示你明白該等處理會按照該等公司的私隱政策進行。
根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權知悉及查閱我們所持有關於你的個人資料，並要求更正。由於我們並不持有關於你的個人資料，大部分此類要求應向 Apple 或 RevenueCat 提出。你亦可透過以下資料與我們聯絡，我們會在能力範圍內提供協助。
儲存在你裝置上的資料，受 iOS 標準應用程式沙盒及裝置本身的保安保護。由於我們並不營運伺服器，亦不持有你的個人資料，因此並不存在可被入侵的中央用戶資料庫。
我們可能會因應應用程式的發展而更新本政策。頁首的「最後更新」日期將始終反映目前的版本，重大變更會在生效前於此處更新。
