Subscriptions & purchases

What does the premium subscription include?

The optional premium subscription unlocks all worlds, vocabulary, and mathematics content. The app is free to download and play, with premium offered as an auto-renewing subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the app, reach 關於與帳戶 (About & Account) from the parent area, pass the parental gate, and tap 恢復購買 (Restore Purchases). Your active subscription will be re-applied to the device signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select DreamUp Adventure, and choose to change or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Why is there a parental gate before purchasing?

To prevent accidental purchases by children, the upgrade screen sits behind a simple multiplication question that an adult can answer.

Microphone & speech

Some games ask your child to read a word or sentence aloud. The app listens through the microphone and uses Apple's Speech Recognition to check the answer. The audio is used in the moment and discarded — it is not stored or sent to us. If the microphone isn't working, open Settings → 升夢大冒險 on your device and make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled. Turning them off only disables the speak-aloud games; the rest of the app keeps working.

訂閱與購買

完整版訂閱包含甚麼？
可選的完整版訂閱會解鎖全部世界、字詞與數學內容。應用程式可免費下載及遊玩，完整版以自動續期訂閱方式提供。

在新裝置上如何回復購買？
開啟應用程式，從家長區進入 關於與帳戶，通過家長關卡，再按 恢復購買。只要該裝置登入相同的 Apple ID，你的有效訂閱便會重新套用。

如何管理或取消訂閱？
訂閱由 Apple 管理，並非在應用程式內處理。請在裝置上開啟 設定 → [你的名稱] → 訂閱項目，選擇「升夢大冒險」，即可更改或取消。取消後不會再自動續期，而你可繼續使用至目前已付費期間結束。

為何購買前會有家長關卡？
為防止兒童意外購買，升級畫面設有一條簡單的乘數題，由家長作答後方可進入。

麥克風與語音

部分遊戲會要求孩子朗讀字詞或句子。應用程式會透過麥克風聆聽，並使用 Apple 的語音辨識檢查答案。該等聲音只會即時使用，隨後即被棄掉，不會儲存或傳送給我們。若麥克風無法運作，請在裝置上開啟 設定 → 升夢大冒險，確認已開啟「麥克風」及「語音辨識」。關閉後只會停用朗讀類遊戲，應用程式其他部分仍可正常運作。

私隱
